Heybazi Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the heybazi platform and all its services, products, and features. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform via the heybazi website, mobile app, or any other channel.

Heybazi is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international license. By accessing or using this platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with these terms and conditions.

2Account Registration & Usage

To open an account on heybazi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Any changes to your account details must be reported to heybazi immediately.

KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory as part of heybazi's security framework. A copy of your national ID or passport must be submitted before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on heybazi:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000 (Five Lakh BDT)
• Supported methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually instant; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours; during peak hours, it may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Heybazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal is allowed (typically 20x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Single Use: The welcome bonus is offered once only.
• Specific Games: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or sections.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum single bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on heybazi:

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed before an event starts are generally valid; live betting is available for select events.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Heybazi reserves the right to limit or suspend any bet or market at its discretion.

Cricket Betting Special Rules

• If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason, bets will be refunded unless an official result has been declared.
• If the result is determined by the D/L method, that result will be treated as the final outcome.
• The result determined in a Super Over will be considered the final result.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heybazi. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Fraud & Cheating: Creating an account or claiming bonuses using false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal payments.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Heybazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• If suspicious transactions or irregular activity are detected
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• For security reasons

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no terms have been violated.

8Limitation of Liability

Heybazi will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of bets or missed games due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Unauthorized access resulting from your account password being compromised.
• Service unavailability during scheduled maintenance of the app or website.
• Game outcomes — all results are RNG-determined and heybazi has no control over them.

Heybazi always strives to provide the best service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Advance notice will be given during scheduled maintenance.

9Privacy & Data Protection
